YPS Outreach Services for Secondary Schools

With extensive experience in providing outreach emotional support services for secondary schools in Chichester and Arun Districts, YPS can offer schools, colleges and universities a professional, independent service within their setting. YPS provide inspiring and engaging sessions on a variety of topical and important topics around mental health and wellbeing including coping with anxiety, exam stress, self-esteem and confidence. Delivery options include: Assemblies, Classroom, Group Work and 1:1 Emotional Support sessions supporting you with issues like your mood, anxiety, relationships, self-harm, unhelpful thoughts, self esteem, and anything that might be worrying you.

If you are a professional or an organisation working with a young person about whom you are concerned, you may wish to consider signposting them to an external support service such as YPS.

Please note: We are not a crisis service. If the young person is feeling suicidal or is in crisis we will be unable to help, please signpost them to the resources at the bottom of this page
or on the Emotional Crisis page.
